4. Amla

 

Ingredients:

      • 5-6 tbsp of Gooseberry powder

    • 5-6 tbsp of water
     

    Take a bowl to combine the ingredients to form a thick & smooth paste. Section your hair carefully and start applying this paste to your scalp and hair. Rest it to dry for 30 minutes. Then wash off with shampoo.

     

    5. Neem

     

    Ingredients:

        • A bunch of Neem leaves 

      • Two cups of water
       

      Boil the water to add a bunch of neem leaves into it, let them boil for 15 minutes, and then set it aside to cool. Once it’s done with cooling, strain the liquid. collect the neem water in a jug and set it aside. Wash and condition your hair and pour the neem-infused water through it as a final rinse.

       

      6. Ritha (Soap Nuts) 

       

      Ritha or Soap Nuts acts as a natural shampoo. When used regularly, Ritha promotes hair growth and improves texture and volume. Because of how mild it is, the natural ingredient can be used to cleanse your hair every day without stripping away the natural oils from your scalp.

       

      Ingredients:

          • A handful of Soap Nuts(Ritha)

        • Two cups of water.
         

        Soak the nuts for overnight in 2 cups of warm water..Very next day morning, boil the soap nuts in the same water for about 15 minutes and then set it aside to cool. Strain the cooled solution and collect the liquid in a jug. Rinse your hair with water and then pour half of the soap nut solution through your hair. Massage your hair for 5 minutes, and then rinse with water.

         

        7. Shikakai 

         

        Shikakai won’t let your essential natural oils escape from the scalp. It successfully detangles the hair, reduces dandruff, and conditions hair.

         

        Ingredients:

            • 6 tbsp of Dried Shikakai Powder

          • Two cups of water
           

          Combine the shikakai powder and water in a jug and then set it aside to be used as shampoo. Rinse your hair with water and then pour half of the shikakai solution through your hair. Massage your hair for 5 minutes, and then rinse with water. Repeat with the remaining shikakai shampoo. The solution will start to form a slight lather at this point. Then you can wash your hair.
